Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Account Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Statistical data will be destroyed after two years.
Convomat will retain your Personal Data for as long as you maintain an account or as otherwise necessary to provide you with our services. Convomat will also retain your Personal Data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Where Convomat no longer needs to process your Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, Convomat will delete your Personal Data from our systems. Where permissible, Convomat will also delete your Personal Data upon your request. If you have questions about Convomat’s data retention practices, please contact us at service@convomat.com . You are free to withdraw your consent for Covnomat to process your Personal Data by deleting your Convomat account or by instructing the Convomat support team to do so on your behalf.
Please note that any PII data collected from third-party company will be automatically destroyed after 30 days from the day when such data was first collected. 

Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
